Adil, who made news lately when he married Somi Khan a second time, said that Rakhi is avoiding arrest in India as a result of several FIRs being filed against her.</p>

<p>He emphasized Rakhi’s legal issues even further, saying that she will be “behind bars in the next two hours upon her return to India,” according to Bollywood Bubble. Adil said that despite Rakhi’s attempts to get release, the Supreme Court and other legal authorities had turned down her appeals.</p>
<p>Rakhi filed for divorce from Adil last year after she accused him of having extramarital encounters. On February 7, 2023, he was subsequently taken into custody and imprisoned for five months.</p>
