<p>In 2020, Alia Bhatt launched the children’s and maternity clothing line Ed-a-Mamma. Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd. purchased a 51% controlling share in the actress’s brand in 2023. Reliance Retail’s director is Isha Ambani, the daughter of Mukesh Ambani. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress said that she and her business partner Isha Ambani are close friends in a recent interview.</p>

<p>“I am so glad that we found a partnership with Reliance,” Alia said in an interview with Forbes. I am very close to Isha Ambani. It so happened that we both gave birth at around the same time. The gap between my daughter and her twins is over a week. All of this thus occurred simultaneously. We both realized at once that we were moms.”</p>
<p>On November 6, 2022, Alia Bhatt and her actor husband Ranbir Kapoor welcomed Raha Kapoor into the world. Isha Ambani and her business spouse Anand Piramal received their twins, a male named Krishna Parimal and a girl named Aadiya Piramal, on November 13, which was thirteen days later.</p>
<p>Alia posted on Instagram in 2023 to announce her business alliance with Isha: “I’m happy to announce that Ed-a-Mamma and Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd have joined forces to form a joint venture. Ed-a-Mamma is a heartfelt, bootstrapped business. The biggest retailer in India is Reliance Retail. Our shared goal is to persist in constructing an indigenous, community-focused brand of kid-friendly goods that are secure, eco-friendly, and suitable for parents. More personally, this is about two parents coming together for me and Isha. That only adds to how amazing it is.”</p>
<p>Regarding her career, Alia’s next film is Jigra, which opens in theaters on September 27 of this year. In addition to co-producing the movie under her own label, Eternal Sunshine Productions, alongside Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, is Vasan Bala, the renowned director of Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota.</p>
