Meet The Young Entrepreneur Building A New Generation Real Estate Investors Club

After spending years in the real estate industry and facilitating hundreds of transactions, Bhavya Modi noticed a recurring pattern. Many people wanted to invest in real estate, but very few had access to the right opportunities, reliable partners, or the capital needed to participate independently.

Rather than viewing these challenges as industry norms, Modi saw them as an opportunity to build something different.

The Ahmedabad-based entrepreneur recently founded Jetblack, an invitation-only real estate investors club created to help individuals participate in curated real estate opportunities with investments starting from ₹3 lakh.

Before launching the venture, Modi worked extensively as a real estate advisor and channel partner, contributing to more than 300 transactions across various segments of the market. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the challenges faced by investors at different stages of their journeys.

Jetblack was built around the idea that real estate investing should be more accessible and better structured. Through the platform, investors can participate collectively in opportunities using investment structures such as LLPs, SPVs, co-ownership arrangements, and curated investment pools.

The objective is to provide investors with access to opportunities while reducing the barriers that often prevent participation in larger real estate assets.

The club is currently operating in its founding membership phase, with members being onboarded selectively.

Outside of Jetblack, Modi is also active on Instagram, where he shares insights on Ahmedabad’s real estate landscape, investment opportunities, ownership frameworks, and long-term wealth-building strategies.

With growing interest in alternative investment models and community-driven investing, Jetblack represents a fresh approach to real estate participation—one that seeks to make property investing more accessible to a broader audience.
